Baby Fold is a multi-service agency that provides residential, special education, child welfare, and family support services to children and families in Normal, Ill. The agency offers a broad range of programs, such as academic services that consists elementary and high school programs, outreach to rural families in need, and training and consultation services. Its child welfare services department includes adoption, foster care, pregnancy counseling, and post-adoption services. The services are provided for children from infancy through the teen years. Family support services provide prevention-focused programs, and services for abused families with children. It offers free community-based and home-based support to the needy. Its Residential Treatment Center is a mental health treatment program for children with severe emotional and behavioral disorders. The programs are funded the United Way of McLean County, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, and the Illinois Department of Human Services.
