The Alameda County Emergency Services Dispatch is the 9-1-1 response unit for the unincorporated areas of San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Castro Valley, Sunol, Pleasanton and Livermore. The unit also contracts dispatch services for the City of Dublin and Dublin Police Services, along with AC Transit Police Services, Animal Control, Camp Parks Federal Police and several other nearby police services. The unit handles all 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency telephone calls.
