Cumulus Broadcasting, a subsidiary of Cumulus Media, is the second-largest radio broadcasting company in the United States based on station count. The company owns and/or operates approximately 350 FM and AM radio stations, which serve midsize and smaller cities throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.
