This is the Beverly Hills pastry shop for Paulette Macron, a French style bakery with a sister shop in San Francisco. Paulette's unique version of French macarons pastry are made daily in this Beverly Hills shop. The pastries are made with Chef Christophe Michalak and the trendy shop was designed by Andrea Lenardin Maddin, an architect from Austria. The colorful pastries come in a variety of flavors such as Caribbean chocolate, Madagascar vanilla and Sicilian pistachio. The macarons are also certified kosher using kosher ingredients.
