Its menu includes BBQ beans with pork, mac and cheese, crispy cole slaw, broccoli and carrot salad and Texas Bar-b-que brisket. The company began as a mobile concession by founder John Stage, along with two partners. It has since grown to six immobile locations in Syracuse, Rochester, Harlem, Troy and Newark.
