Founded in 1953, Aerolite Extrusion Company is a full-service custom extruder that is able to handle its customer s requirements from print to finished part. Aerolite is able to provide extrusions in up to 9 inches in size in 6000 series alloys for both standard and custom shapes. It offers a full range of fabricating services, including CNC machining, precision cutting, punching, and assembly. Finishing can be done in both liquid and power coat lines in lengths up to 32 feet. Aerolite also produces extrusions in various types of solid, hollow and semi-hollow shapes. Its capabilities include two extrusion presses: one 1650-ton press with a 7 circle size and one 2400-ton press with a 9 circle size. Its die design, engineering and extrusion drawings are handled by its in-house CAD system using the latest AutoCad software. Aerolite is headquartered in Youngstown, Ohio.
