Owner Robert Novack's wholesale operation in the Boston Wholesale Food Terminal Building, includes this small retail business. He buys nuts from growers all over the world and hand-roasts them on-site. The biggest jump in retail happens after September, when people start to think of sending gift baskets, chocolates and fancy mixed nuts as gifts. The entrance is a loading dock, but retail customers can call before they arrive and Novack will have orders ready and waiting for them. Organic nuts can be purchased by the case. The company will ship anywhere in the US.
