GHP Management GHP was formed in April 2000 by individuals with decades of combined experience in the acquisition and resolution of problem loans and real estate. Our partners, investors, and principals have formed and acquired banks, insurance agencies, and have significant real estate development experience. We bring those experiences to every transaction we do. Our principals have been acquiring distressed debt since the inception of Resolution Trust Corporation in 1989. Our experience extends to the acquisition and resolution of many hundreds of loan transactions on both a pool and individual basis.
