A number of years ago, we became a Master Distributor for manufacturers. We sell to National Account Organizations across the United States on a Special National Account Pricing program. With our ability to quote on a National Account basis comes the ability to deliver and install the equipment. This service is not offered when the equipment is purchased directly from the manufacturer. U.C.S. Waste Equipment performs the complete service program on a nationwide basis.
The responsibility of ordering the proper equipment, the coordination of delivery and installation, and keeping our customers time schedule in mind, is an integral part of our service. For the past 20 years, we have established a nationwide network of experienced and reliable service companies to not only install, but also service equipment as needed. We have found that our customers appreciate our service program, receiving one invoice from one vendor instead of hundreds of vendors from across the country. We closely monitor all charges using both our experience in working on the equipment along with monitoiring the different charges in different areas of the country. We require all service companies to meet insurance and financial obligations to protect our customers. We follow up on all service calls to be sure the work is performed in a timely and professional manner.
