Established in 1971, Sapp Bros. Travel Centers Inc. opened its first location at the junction of Interstate 80 and Highway 50. The company, incorporated in October 1988, consists of nearly 20 chain locations along the I-80 corridor. Its coffeepot logo is recognized nationwide and was born out of the necessary water tower located outside of Sapp Bros. Travel Centers first location. Sapp Bros.
