Michael, a native of Little Neck, New York-, relocated to Central Florida in 1972 and has been actively building homes in Florida and in the Midwest since 1976. Having attained his degree in accounting and his Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) at the University of Central Florida, Michael feels his strong business background is a definite plus in the competitive field of home construction. "To remain competitive in this market, I have to be a good businessman, demanding in what I expect of my team while maintaining efficiency and quality control, " he says. Michael also boasts a wide range of "hands-on" building experience, working with a large national builder as field superintendent, project manager and in land development. He formed Regal Classic Homes in July 1988 and put together a strong organization of professionals who continue to contribute to the companys success. Flexibility is the key in Regal Classics success. They will custom build a home following the buyers plans or modify one of their original design. A Regal Classic home features large master "retreats, " with oversized closets, sitting and exercise areas, which can double as an office or work area. The company also recognizes that the buyer wants to bring nature into their living environment and utilizes an extensive garden area as the outdoor focal point. When Regal works with a new homeowner, Michael works with them at their own pace, with constant communication to insure the finished product will be what they envision. Michael continues to meet with the owner on-site throughout the construction process. Upon completion of the home, Michael provides a complete walk-through orientation of the home with the owner.
