One of the few schools of its kind, Bellmore's Rock Underground provides kids of all ages, as well as adults, the opportunity to learn and play music in a rock 'n' roll band. This school of rock offers private lessons in music theory, ear training and technical proficiency taught by a staff of talented, knowledgeable musicians. Students will have the chance to play with a band of their peers, eventually appearing on stage at a local rock club. Specialty classes are also offered. Rock Underground is also a full-service music shop that sells clothing, instruments and accessories, and provides repair services.
