Our in-depth experience – over decades of hands-on experience - in plumbing, HVAC and generators, provides the guarantee we can solve your problems. You may need to replace the equipment to get the problem solved, but we will be able to identify the solution. We guarantee our work and any parts we provide for one year. There are some extended warranties available, but you will need to speak to our staff to find out more details. We are specialists in the area of sewer and water line repair, maintenance and replacement. We offer sewer and drain cleaning as part of our regular and emergency services. If we are not able to get your home sewer open using a heavy duty cabling system, we have three crews available to get your home sewer system operational within 24 hours. We provide the services of having your sewer visually inspected. You need us on any night, weekend or holiday we can be in your home within two hours. We charge a travel charge to come to your location. This travel charge may be higher for emergency service. We do offer free estimates for replacement of major plumbing systems, heating and cooling and new generators. Our Club members have the highest priority for calls, we guarantee them a same day visit with reduced prices on repairs and travel charges. We schedule in blocks of time and do our best to meet those times, but our Club members and emergency calls may move your scheduled time. We require the home owner to be on-site when we come out for your service, if you are not available due to being out of town, we require you are available by phone. Once we are in your home we use a national price guide as determined by PSI. This method of pricing is called Straight-Forward Pricing® and our employee will provide you with a price for the work they will be doing before proceeding with any work. If we enter into contract with you, there may be a down payment at time of signing the agreement. Once we have completed the work at your location, we request you test the repaired item. Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, credit card and have financing available. We strive to be a perfect company, but we are human and make mistakes and at times, install poorly manufactured equipment. We treat your call like an emergency call and put you at the top of our service list and work towards making you a 100% satisfied customer. If the work is our fault or the manufacturers fault then we will repair the part at no charge to you within the warranty period. If we find that the problem is not related to our work or the manufacture then other charges apply.
