Forget those corn sweeteners, dough conditioners, preservatives, and dough fillers- you wont find any of that stuff in our products!Our breads are made from scratch on a daily basis. We use 5 simple ingredients as the base for all of our breads. Freshly-ground 100% whole wheat flour, water, local honey, fresh yeast, and salt make up the foundation for our phenomenal bread. We mill our own flour on a daily basis using a stone mill right here in our bakery!Our sweets are hand-crafted each morning from fresh, simple, and flavorful ingredients. We proudly use real butter, real fruit, local honey, and our freshly-milled whole wheat flour! Our choice ingredients and freshly-ground whole wheat flour are what distinguish our products from other bakeries!
