My Gym is a fitness center specifically designed to help children stay active and keep a heightened fitness level. The gym is located along Lankershim Blvd. in a small shopping plaza and features a large floorplan with state of the art equipment that keeps kids entertained while keeping them in shape. Classes such as Gymnastics, Parents & Me and General Fitness are offered on site. The gym also hosts birthday parties and has weekly Parent's Night Out evenings. It works with children ages 6 weeks through 13 years old and provides plenty of activities to keep every age group enthralled. Credit cards are accepted and parking is free on site.
