This children's fitness center offers a variety of classes for children from ages 6 weeks to 8 years old. The classes consist of mommy and me, karate and martial arts training, or independent gym classes. Members can take advantage of My Gym's birthday celebrations, which are hosted by party specialists on the weekends. Parents can join in the fun on parent participation days or indulge in parents' night out and let My Gym entertain the children for the evening. There are many additional classes and events planned here, so customers are encouraged to just call or visit the website for more information. The gym has classes everyday throughout the week, and there is parking out front specifically for customers.
