Dr. Daniela Atanassova-Lineva, MD, ER medicine and Member of Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (or “Dr. D” as her patients like to call her) has a passion for dermatology, integrative medicine, and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Daniela is a physician certified in the State of New York to practice Medicine and Surgery. She completed extensive training in Aesthetic Medicine certified by American Academy of Dermatology, Esthetic Skin Institute, received trainings in advanced technologies of injecting botox and dermal fillers, worked under the supervision of one of the top Plastic Surgeons in NYS, Dr. George Anastassov. She has clinical expertise in pediatric primary care medicine, pediatric emergency medicine, allergic disorders, obesity and nutrition, and adolescent medicine. Dr. Daniela has two practices, Peds 4 Kids and Dr. D Medical Wellness in Rego Park, Queens, New York, where she provides a range of services, including acne treatment using medications and lasers, skin rejuvenation, PRP treatments for hair loss, and the innovative LED phototherapy. Dr. Daniela is also certified and highly skilled at administering BOTOX® and other effective dermal fillers to reduce wrinkles, plump and smooth skin, and more. Dr. Daniela attended medical school at the Medical University of Varna in Bulgaria. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. In 2010, Dr. Daniela was recognized by the International Association of Pediatrics as a Leading Physician of the World and the Top Pediatrician in Queens, New York. In 2011, she went on to receive the Patients’ Choice Award. Dr. Daniela has also received Top Pediatrician award of American Academy of Pediatrics for 7 years in a row: 2010-2017. Dr. Daniela has written and taken part in numerous publications, most recently discussing the cleft lip/palate corrections and care for newborns. She’s also published scholarly articles on topics such as obesity, nutrition, and sports medicine. Fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, French, and Bulgarian, Dr. Daniela can engage with a diverse group of patients. A board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the Section of Adolescent Medicine, Dr. Daniela is dedicated to providing patients with compassionate care and treating the whole family as a unit. She’s also a member of the Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Daniela is affiliated with four prestigious medical centers in New York, including Elmhurst Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, the New York Hospital in Queens, and the Mount Sinai Hospital on Madison Avenue.
