This small neighborhood joint is located on a busy stretch of South Pacific Coast Highway, so it is easy to stop by for a quick cut or nail services. There is free street parking available and a few spaces in the rear of the building. Snip caters to both men and women and it is not uncommon to see couples booking at the same time. Full nail services are offered, but hair styles are limited to cuts only. There is also an excellent tailor and dry cleaners next door, so many errands can be taken care of at once.
This neighborhood beauty salon packs a large portfolio of services. Owner Leilani oversees the hair styling treatments for the shop. Also located within the salon is Carrie's Skin Care, which specializes in organic skin care treatments such as facials, massage, spray tanning and microdermic abrasion. Traditional hair treatments are on the menu, including styling, coloring and wigs. Walk-ins are welcome, but regulars tend to book in advance for an appointment.
