We are a small private wellness center focused on the most basic systems of healing and wellness, including massage, movement, meditation, and compassionate human interaction. We provide therapeutic massage, reflexology, healing therapies, yoga, guided meditation, and health/nutrition guidance. Our services are personalized to your needs, the products we use are organic and plant based.
