Works with football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, wrestling, track and field, tennis, MMA, and endurance athletes. If you are interested in strongman or powerlifting, we can introduce you to the sports and put together a program to help you get involved in strength sports. If you are looking to compete in bodybuilding, figure, bikini or just want to look like them I design training programs that will give you the look necessary for the stage or the beach. Also will provide diet help and supplement recommendations. Also works with general fitness and weight loss clients who wish to improve their health and move better.
