Sylvia studied Kinesiology and Health Promotion at Cal State Fullerton University where she received both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees. Sylvia is a popular speaker and presenter. Sylvia is a certified health coach, lifestyle educator, certified personal trainer, certified nutrition specialist and holds a diploma in comprehensive nutrition.
