IB Fitness is a large, local, family-owned mega gym that is deeply rooted in the Imperial Beach neighborhood. Inside, the Sports Park houses a full basketball gym, game room, snack bar and music studio for practice, lessons and recording.

Seasonal child and adult sports leagues include flag football. Little League baseball and softball leagues play games at the Sports Park. The IB Running Club meets here every Saturday morning at 9 a.m.
