A new addition to Loyola Corners, Snap Fitness offers a full range of cardio and exercise equipment in a clean gym setting. The gym is conveniently open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing clients to participate whenever the mood strikes.
Curves features several resistance machines in a circuit designed so that participants can move from machine to machine for 30 minutes. Directed by music and taped instruction, women move around the eight to 12 stations that target specific body parts.

F.I.T. (Focused Individual Training) is not your normal gym. The fitness center was founded by trainers and offers personalized services such as one-on-one training, weight loss coaching and fitness programs like Crossfit, which includes more challenging regimens geared towards "anyone wishing to develop elite fitness." Additional programs include the Barbell Club (Olympic-style weightlifting) and sports and orthopedic massage.
