CrossFit Milpitas provides CrossFit personal training sessions in a group setting. It follows the CrossFit fitness program, which emphasizes functional movements, intensity and variety. The Milpitas location is owned by Austin Begiebing, who is a Level 2 Certified CrossFit trainer. People of all abilities are welcome, so long as the client is serious about fitness.
