Fountaingrove Golf and Athletic Club is located in the heart of Sonoma s wine country, just minutes from downtown Santa Rosa, Calif. The course was built in 1985 by designed Ted Robinson, Sr. Fountaingrove is a private, member-owned, 18-hole championship golf course. The course is set among more than 170 acres of native oak trees. Fountaingrove Golf Course has been voted Best Golf Course four times by NorthBay Biz readers. It also received four stars for Places to Play for Golf Digest in 2002. The athletic club opened in 2004. Fountaingrove Athletic Club offers tennis, swimming, fitness equipment and personal trainers. Fountaingrove Golf and Athletic Club hosts weddings, banquet and other special events.
