With former world and collegiate champion coaches, the Northwind center provides a 14,000 square foot facility to accomodate athletes from age 2-18.
Morris Fitness is a facility that caters to private or group personal training sessions. While there are exercise machines in the facility, trainers primarily use one's body as the ultimate piece of equipment in each training session. Large mats, exercise balls and free weights allow for such a strengthening workout experience. Morris Fitness also offers a wrestling school three days a week for ages 5 through 14.
