FITT-RX is a fitness studio that offers classes, personal training, and small group personal training to men and women of all ages, levels, and amount of fitness experience. We value our commitment to our clients by giving them workouts that help them achieve their fitness goals in a well supervised environment.
FITT-RX offers more than 40+ classes per week that range from 30 minutes to 50 minutes in length, and you will never complete the same workout twice. Our FITT-RX instructors are well-trained and have the ability to modify or progress exercises to cater to all of our clients. In addition to our classes, our personal training services have helped many clients reach goals they never thought they would achieve. We are proud of our clients and enjoy watching their self-confidence and fitness levels soar.
FITT-RX is very involved in the community by sponsoring events and giving non-for-profits donations to help them be successful in their efforts.
