The Rose Hill Fitness Center is affiliated with the Rose Hill Apartments and is also open to the public. It features a variety of strength training equipment as well as treadmills, stationary bicycles, ellipticals and stair climbers. It also offers personal training.
Located at the corner of North Walnut and East Chestnut streets, the YMCA's Brandywine Valley Youth Program Center offers a variety of programs, including group exercise classes, swimming classes, youth sports and arts enrichment classes. Youth sports teams include basketball, soccer, flag football and volleyball for different ages. Classes for children include gymnastics, fencing and several types of dance.
There is also an adult fitness center available to members. Additionally, adults can join groups including volleyball leagues and tap dance classes.

Each customer receives a free hour-long initial consultation, a comprehensive fitness and nutrition assessment and a personalized workout plan.
The Pilates Body Center is located in the same suite as Zentokukai of Chester County and the Dance Center. Class sizes vary from three to 10, and each student at the center is given a one-hour private lesson to evaluate areas of strength before moving into larger classes. Meghan Johnson, owner of the Pilates Body Center, is a certified pilates instructor.
