Established in 1969, Country Villa Health Services owns, operates and manages 50 health care centers throughout the state of California. Its centers offer complex medical care, rehabilitation, sub-acute care, skilled nursing, Alzheimers, long-term skilled nursing care and assisted living centers. Country Villa Health Services Consulting and Management Services Division has been involved in the start-up of over 20 hospital-based skilled nursing units and currently provides management and consulting services to over 20 freestanding facilities and hospitals.
