Gloria S. Rookard is President and CEO of Universal Nursing Services, Inc, located in Akron, Ohio.She is a graduate of the Akron General Hospital School of Nursing where she earned her Diploma in Nursing. She continued her education through the University of Cincinnati where she completed the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program and received her license as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.Prior to this, she was co-founder of the Arlington-Reed Health Center in Akron, Ohio. After realizing the need for adequate and sensitive care in her community, she started her own home health care agency and has been in business, providing quality health care services and employment for over 20 years.Mrs. Rookard has broad and diverse experience in management and professional health care services and offers her skills and business acumen to improve the quality of life for others.
