After working at Kaiser Permanente for six years as the assistant chief in head and neck surgery in Vallejo and Fairfield, he joined Diablo Valley Ear, Nose and Throat in 1999. Dr. Hsieh’s specialty is rhinology and sinus surgery. He is board certified in otolaryngology and works in pediatric otolaryngology, sleep apnea management, and head and neck oncology.

He graduated medical school from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson and completed his residency at the University Arizona Affiliated Hospitals in Tucson.
