Over the past 45 years, Greene County Health Care has evolved from a single community health center (CHC) to a Federally Qualified Health Center for community based comprehensive primary care. Health care providers at our six CHC sites combine medical, dental and behavioral health care and case management for members of our communities in Greene, Pitt and Pamli co counties and eastern North Carolina.
