Based in Munhall, Pa., Steel Valley Senior High School serves more than 1,000 students in grades nine through 12 and offers a wide variety of educational and extracurricular activities. It offers various academic programs, including art, world languages, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and health and physical education. The senior high school provides a variety of facilities, such as a cafeteria, gymnasium, library, laboratories, playing fields, auditorium, fitness center and swimming pool. Its library offers a large online database and has a collection of a variety of books, magazines, journals, dictionaries and reference materials. The senior high school is operated by the Steel Valley School District.
