Stuart City Hall, located in Stuart, Fla., is a division of the city government that is home to a range of departments. The governance comprises the city attorney, city clerk, city manager, and the development, financial services, fire rescue, human resources, parks and recreation, police, public works, stormwater, streets, turn and grounds, and utilities departments. It also has an information services department. The development department is responsible for preparation, presentation and implementation of the city s comprehensive plan, development regulations, building codes and community development programs. It also coordinates roadway improvement and beautification projects. The public works department looks after the water, distribution and collection and sewer problems.
