We have a Care Manager who oversees the placement and training of the caregivers so that they fully understand any special needs that may be required. The Care Manager monitors the progress of the case, ensuring that the best possible care is being provided. Regular in-person visits are included and scheduled at the clients convenience and at NO additional cost. Another service included is our Registered Dietitian who helps with those patients who have special nutritional needs.* Short-term help: After-care for someone who is healing from a surgery or other medical or non-medical situations.* Long-term companionship: For those who simply wish to stay in their home.
