Harry J. Hoenselaar opened the first HoneyBaked Ham Company store in Michigan. Not only did Harry cook, smoke and marinate the ham himself, but he also invented and patented that machine that would slice in one single ongoing spiral.
This location is a combination store and restaurant/cafe. Customers can browse the online store, reserve their order and pick it up here – note that orders should be placed by 4pm the day prior to pick up. This bright, clean, spacious restaurant/café seats 50-plus people and offers both hot and cold classic and signature sandwiches, delicious daily soups, fresh salads, delectable sides, homemade desserts and beverages.
