Kafka Farms is a horse ranch that recently built a fourteen-stall barn in which to board horses. The facility offers horse riding lessons and provides horse training. Kafka Farms also has a popular petting zoo and sells fresh brown eggs.
Located on Harbor Road, Baymar Farms is a family-owned and operated business providing horse enthusiasts in the area with riding lessons, horse shows and other events, and a summer riding program for children up to 16 years of age. The farm includes stalls, pastures, and other riding areas for lessons in all skill levels, and occasional horse sales are held on the premises. Lessons and events are held by appointment only.

It is a facility that not only offers training, boarding and riding but also equestrian lessons which is considered the "art" of handling a horse and offer riders a chance to test their skills in competition. Burlington Farm also offers a indoor arena which was just remodeled with "Surefoot Equestrian Arena Footing," a crumb rubber product made from scrap tires that provides high shock absorption which eases the strain on the horses while riding and practicing.
