The Portuguese Bend Riding Club offers riding lessons, as well as boarding and horse training. Students from age five and up can learn English or Western riding – even jumping. The Club uses riding rings, but has access to 500 acres of wilderness trails.
The Club does not accept credit cards, and no discounts are offered.
Midnight Mountain Farms is located in rural Enumclaw on 248th Avenue SE near 424th Street. For more than 50 years they have offered training and facilities for learning and mastering the sport of riding horses for amateurs and professionals alike. Providing lessons in many disciplines, from Western style to Driving and Hunt Seat to Saddle Seat, their staff and instructors are highly qualified with years of experience and top notch facilities. They also feature a full slate of boarding services, farm and showing events, annual summer camps and a youth group.
In The Breeze Ranch is a great place to take the family for a day trip. You can let the little ones ride on a pony for the first time. Or, if you're a veteran rider, you can go for a trail ride. In The Breeze Ranch has over 30 horses to choose from. This ranch also runs a children's summer camp. The owner of In the Breeze Ranch has been working with horses for over 30 years. She prides herself in making sure that you have a great experience at the ranch. In The Breeze Ranch does parties, hayrides and bonfires – season and weather permitting.
Alpine Farms is a family-owned equestrian center located in horse country. It has indoor and outdoor arenas and a location across from the Morris T. Baker Park Reserve, where there's a nine-mile horse trail. Alpine Farms offers riding lessons and training in show jumping, dressage and hunter, and hosts hunter/jumper events, dressage shows, clinician events and Breakfast with the Hounds. Private, semiprivate and group classes are offered here.
