Town House Motel is conveniently located near Old Roseville. There is ample parking in front of the Motel. The rooms are set on a first come first serve basis. There is no credit card required for reservations. Rates are $50 per night and $180 per week with a $50 deposit.
Larkspur Landing is located in the complex off of Taylor Road. Each room available has Internet access, big work desk, TV, refrigerator, coffee maker and hair dryer. Rooms also come with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes appliances, dishware, cookware and eating utensils. The family owned restaurant is located on N. Sunrise Avenue near Douglas Boulevard and has ten counter seats inside for customers to watch the cooks as they prepare the ever popular Squeeze with cheese, corn dogs, chicken tacos and freshly blended chocolate, vanilla or strawberry milkshakes.
Placer County Fairgrounds and Events Center is the home of the Placer County Fair, which is held in late June annually. The fair features entertainment, such as bands, dancers and children’s shows. Several exhibits are on display. A fair is not complete without a large area with vendors and food, and Placer County Fair is no exception. The fairgrounds are right next to the All American Speedway, and RV parking is allowed. The RV park is open year-round.
