As a member of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, Neil Caldwell is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and has his Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource Certification (SFR) as well as a BPOR Certification.
