LINC Housing is a nonprofit developer that provides affordable housing for senior citizens and families in California. The agency was founded in 1984 by the Southern California Association of Governments. In collaboration with local governments and financial institutions, it has created more than 6,000 homes in over 45 communities. LINC Housing develops urban in-fill, mixed-use and transit-oriented properties. The agency creates communities through new construction, historic preservation, the purchase of manufactured home parks, and acquisitions and rehabilitation. It operates Arbor Village, Kings Manor Apartments, Las Flores Apartments, North Avenue Apartments and PepperWood Apartment Homes in California. LINC Housing is located in Long Beach, Calif.
