We have a simple but clear purpose – to educate consumers on a smarter way to purchase their equipment & revolutionize our industry with a customer-focused culture. Restaurant Appliance Depot is the creation of one man, Matthew Prager. Over his years in the janitorial and ware washing business, Matt noticed that his customers were looking for an alternative to renting dish washers. Through research he educated himself on Capital and Operating lease options and began to offer his customers the opportunity to invest in themselves. The response was incredible. Matt had a new goal: to educate restaurant owners nationwide on the benefits of leasing-to-own their equipment. This goal eventually grew into Restaurant Appliance Depot, the first vendor to offer a lease-to-own program with a competitive & simple online platform for every type of equipment in the food service industry.
Though the business has grown, Matt and his wife Maria have always treated their employees like part of the family, and we strive to pass that personal touch along to our customers. We are simply looking for an opportunity to earn your business, and a chance to grow together with you for many years to come.
