Dr. Rashmi Kudesia practices Monday and Wednesday at the CCRM Houston Main Center in Memorial City and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at the Sugar Land office. Dr. Kudesia is Board-Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She joined CCRM Houston in 2018 after practicing in New York City, where she was named a “New York Super Doctors Rising Star” in 2016 and 2017. After joining CCRM Houston she has also been named a 2019 Best Fertility Specialist in Fort Bend County by Living Magazine and a 2019 Top Doctor by Houstonia. After completing her Baccalaureate degree in Biology & Medicine magna cum laude from Brown University, she received her M.D. with honors from the Duke University School of Medicine, where she was selected into a clinical research training program co-sponsored by the National Institutes of Health. Her residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the New York Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center was followed by subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Montefiore Medical Center, alongside a Masters’ of Science degree in Clinical Research Methods. She subsequently served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, as well as the Research Rotational Director for the REI fellowship, and Medical Director of the Brooklyn office of the Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York. Dr. Kudesia is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Androgen Excess & Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Society, and American Medical Association (AMA). She has served in multiple local and national leadership roles in organized medicine, including her current positions as Secretary of the ASRM Women’s Council Executive Board and the ASRM delegate to the AMA Young Physicians’ Section. Dr. Kudesia has also presented scientific research at national and international conferences, and has received multiple awards and grants for her work. She has published peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, including in leading journals such as Fertility & Sterility and the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology, as well as editing a theme issue on reproductive medicine for the American Medical Association Journal of Ethics. Her current areas of focus include improving in vitro fertilization cycle prognosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, LGBT fertility, and fertility awareness, counseling, and access to care. She actively promotes women’s health and wellness on social media via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

Dr. Katherine McKnight practices Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the CCRM Houston Main Center in Memorial City and Tuesdays at the Medical Center office. Dr. McKnight is Board-Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In 2012, she joined Houston IVF and was named a “Texas Rising Star” by Super Docs in Texas Monthly Magazine in 2012, an honor repeated in 2013 and 2014. She has also been designated as a 2019 “Top Doctor” by Houstonia. She served on the national genetics committee for the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and has held several leadership positions in ACOG at the district and state levels. Her clinical interests and areas of expertise include in vitro fertilization, fertility-sparing surgery, polycystic ovary syndrome, and fertility preservation. She received her Baccalaureate Degree in molecular biology from the University of Washington, graduating with honors. She then attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. Dr. McKnight completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. McKnight is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and member of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She has received many honors and awards including APGO Medical Education Foundation Scholars Award, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award, ACOG Future Leaders in Obstetrics and Gynecology Award, Paul C. Weinberg Award for Excellence in Women’s Health, and membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. Dr. McKnight has published research articles in both basic science and clinical medicine peer-reviewed journals including Science and Fertility and Sterility. She has presented her research on factors affecting fertilization, ovulation induction, menopause, and maternal-fetal infections at national meetings including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Society for Gynecologic Investigation.

Dr. Hickman is the Medical Director and Co-Founder of Houston IVF. He holds Clinical Associate Professor Appointments at both the University of Texas Medical School-Houston and Baylor College of Medicine. He is a Board-Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and served on the Executive Board of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology from 2001 – 2011. Additionally, Dr. Hickman has been named a “Top Doctor in Reproductive Endocrinology” by U.S. News and World Report, a “Top Doctor” and “Top Doctor for Women” by H-Texas Magazine and a “Texas Super Doc” by Texas Monthly Magazine. After graduating from Brigham Young University, he received his M.D. from St. Louis University School of Medicine. His residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics and subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility were performed at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Hickman then served as program director and medical director of the Air Force’s in vitro fertilization program at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas before co-founding Houston IVF with Dr. William Schoolcraft of the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine. At Houston IVF, he led the team that helped his patient become the first in Texas to achieve a pregnancy resulting in live birth using cryopreserved eggs. Dr. Hickman is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a Member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, a Member of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and is the former Webmaster of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology. He is the former American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Delegate to the American Medical Association-Resident Fellow Section and former ASRM delegate to the American Medical Association Young Physician Section. Additionally, Dr. Hickman serves as an Oral Board examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology where he examines doctors when they apply for board certification. He is the author of articles on in vitro fertilization, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, progesterone supplementation, psychosocial aspects of infertility, and ovulation disorders and has shared his data at national and international medical conferences held on these subjects.

Dr. James Nodler was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He is board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Nodler is the site director for the CCRM Houston Medical Center office located next to the Women’s Hospital of Texas. He sees patients at the Medical Center and Memorial City locations. He has been named a “Rising Star Super Doc” by Texas Monthly magazine from 2016 to 2018, an honor given to only 2.5 percent of doctors in the state. He was also named a “Top Doctor” by Houstonia and H-Texas magazines, and voted to be one of the Top 3 Physicians in Houston regardless of specialty by The Leader magazine. Dr. Nodler was an Instructor at Harvard Medical School and a Visiting Scientist at Boston Children’s Hospital while completing his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. He has also published in peer-reviewed journals and presented research at national meetings on recurrent pregnancy loss, reproductive surgery, and polycystic ovarian syndrome, and published data on uterine fibroids while working at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
