Valley Community Clinic, located in North Hollywood, Calif., is a private, nonprofit agency that was founded in 1970. It provides medical and health care services to low-income individuals and patients suffering from various chronic diseases. It provides various services, such as general medical, which includes treatment for patients suffering from diabetes and asthma, hypertension and cardiac disorders. Additionally, it addresses women s health and family planning issues. Valley Community Clinic also operates a SIR Program that imparts education to the general community for HIV and AIDS prevention.
