The Nihon Clinic was founded in 1986 by Dr. James H. Chow with the purpose of providing all types of medical assistance to Japanese people living and working in the U.S., who Dr. Chow felt were not receiving adequate medical care due to sociocultural barriers, such as language. The clinic integrates contemporary Western medicine with traditional Eastern medicine. It has offices in Chicago, Atlanta, New York City and San Diego.
