Pasadena Capital Partners LLC is a Southern California-based private equity investment firm specializing in organizing, structuring and sponsoring management buyouts, going-private transactions and recapitalizations of established public and private companies in the small middle-market. Pasadena Capital Partners seeks to lead control equity investments in partnership with owner/managers in small middle-market companies headquartered throughout the United States, with an emphasis on Southern California.
