Owner Vinny Migliore, is famous for his marinara sauce and was even featured on The Phantom Gourmet. He uses his mother's recipe to make 30 gallons of fresh sauce each day and says people come from all over to try his food. "If I wouldn't eat it myself, I wouldn't serve it. I use the best quality ingredients and take pride in that."
