Falbos Family Karate has been operational since 1978 and offers karate classes for children, youths and adults. It offers leadership training and private and introductory lessons at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The organization conducts self-defense, kata, high-energy motivational, and breaking and weapons classes, as well as hosts tournament competitions. Its Little Ninjas program is an introduction to martial arts that provides instruction in basic karate techniques and supports teamwork, memory, discipline and life skills. Its Transportation After School Karate Program (TASK) includes several activities, such as kickboxing, demo team, parents nights out, seminars, tournaments, birthday and holiday parties, camps and field trips.
