Roberta Pollard Dance Studio has dance lessons of all kinds for all ages. Ballet, tap, jazz, gymnastics, hip hop and Irish are offered to children. For teens, jazz, tap, ballet, Irish, lyrical, modern and hip-hop are provided. Adults may pay by session and take jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical and hip-hop. Irish dancing requires a specified leotard, tights and footwear. Other dance classes request suggested proper retire. Each class performs one recital. New this coming fall is Zumba, a popular form of dance offered at gyms across America. Teacher training is also available for students who are at least 13 years of age.
The Appraisal & Real Estate School offers courses for Connecticut state-approved real estate certification. Classes are available both on-site and online, covering subjects such as real estate financing principles and appraisal procedures.
