At TOM the children are guided through the traditional Montessori Method and its values. The children are also exposed to a modern approach to the traditional Montessori methods to enable and enhance the 21st Century childs learning capabilities and abilities. The guide will observe each child and guide each child with the help of one or assistants. Our prepared environment responds to the childs sensitive periods in order to blossom to the fullest potential possible. Learning occurs naturally and joyfully at the proper moment for each child. Our prepared environment along with a trained guide allows each child to discover, experience, learn, and develop according to his/her own pace.
